Maren Skipper

Hi, I am Maren Skipper a Wellness Coach at Whitecourt Central School.  I deliver evidence-based programs to support the mental health of our children and support clubs in the school while volunteering with students in the community.  My favourite club is choir and my favourite activity is rapping children's literature and doing the gritty at assembly.

When I am not at school you can find me with my family at the rink, on the slopes, running, hiking, biking, doing yoga and drinking coffee. I am passionate about playing piano, guitar, ukulele, art, poetry, yoga and audiobooks.  My goal in life is to love deeply, live gently and let go of things not meant for me.
