Rachelle Switzer
Educational Assistant
My name is Rachelle Switzer and I am thrilled to be working as an Educational Assistant in 3L
this year.
My passion for early childhood education and inclusive learning began in high school and I have been working in the field since earning my EAC in 2005. After completing my secondary education in Vernon BC, I moved to Alberta where my family has called Whitecourt home for the last 20 years.
During the summer you can find me travelling between BC and Alberta, looking for the warmest lakes and sandiest beaches. I love adventure, nature and all things outdoors. During the winter, I enjoy playing and watching hockey. You can hear me cheering loudly for my favourite team, the Vancouver Canucks, or for my favourite player, my son who plays in Oregon.
I can't wait to get to know all the new and returning students at Whitecourt Central School and am looking forward to another fun-filled year
