If you order prior to August 10, 2018, supplies will be delivered to the school before August 30, 2018.

Bus Passes can be picked up at Division Office

If you need a bus pass, drop by Northern Gateway Public Schools Division Office (4816-49 Ave, Whitecourt) during business hours. Bus service is provided free of charge for students who live over 2.4 km from the school.

School Remind

Be in the know! Our school uses Remind to text or e-mail timely school reminders (Hot Lunch orders due today) and emergent information (Bus 63 is running 15 minutes late.)

School Cash Online

You can now pay school fees, pizza orders, and field trips through a secure website, 24/7.

To setup your School Cash Online account, use the Quick Start guide to enroll at https://ngps.schoolcashonline.com/; it takes less than 5 minutes. Registered parents can see their payment history, print receipts, and receive email notifications whenever new student fees are posted for their child.

PowerSchool & Gradebook

Student grades and attendance information are available to you 24/7 through a secure, online website. Set up your PowerSchool account at http://ps.ngps.ca    More information about the Gradebook pilot is available here.

School Newsletters

We have gone digital with our monthly newsletters. The newsletter will be posted on our website on the 1st of each month. If you prefer a paper copy each month, have your name placed on our list in the office.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast is available to all students at no cost, 8:30 - 9:00 am, in the Community Centre. (The program is funded by Breakfast Clubs of Canada!).
